We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. If the grip has not been started a Full refund will be issued. Grips that have been started will be subject to a 15% cancellation fee. If the grip has been made and shipped and is then returned there will be a 25% restocking fee, shipping charges and Rush Order charges will not be refunded. Grips that have a custom engraving cannot be returned for a refund.
