We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return.
Cancelled Orders and Returns:
If the grip has not been started a full refund will be issued. Grips that have been started will be subject to 15% cancellation fee. If a grip has been made and shipped and is returned there will be a 15% restocking fee, shipping charges will not be refunded. Grips that have a custom engraving cannot be returned for a refund.
